Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. Please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We advise to make a reservation as soon as you know you will have your event. Usually 1-2 weeks in advance will be when you want to contact us to reserve. 

Yes, we do ask for a deposit to be able to reserve the items you need for your event. The deposit goes towards your reservation total and the balance is due upon arrival to deliver. 

If you are thinking of canceling or rescheduling your reservation please let us know at least 48hours prior to your event to ensure we can reschedule or refund you your deposit. If you do decide to cancel and it’s within the 48 hours, we may reschedule your event, but we will not refund you your deposit. 

Please try to reserve the items you need for your event at least one (1) week in advance. If you need rentals last minute please call us to makes sure we have the items available for delivery. We make our last deliveries by 1pm and need at least two hours to prep for delivery, please call no later than 11am.

We can leave our inflatables overnight upon request only if it is in a secured gated property. Any rental items left overnight will be picked up the following day between 8am-10am. For any overnight rentals please refer to the rental contract for more terms and conditions. If the property is not gated and therefore the inflatable is not in a secured area, then we will pick up same-day between 6pm-10pm. 

No unfortunately we do not deliver to parks at this time.
